You’re about to learn the importance of having clean water and conductive minerals in your diet…

Like the earth… our bodies are 71% water…

Most of it is salty…

Like a plant… our bodies “wilt” as they get dehydrated…

To hydrate, our bodies need over 80 minerals…

These minerals are found in salts…

Water serves many functions in our bodies…

I want to focus on the main two functions of water I focused on to improve my health and vitality…

#1 Water cleans

#2 Water hydrates

When I would brew beer, I would use water with minerals because minerals are needed to activate enzymes and digest the nutrients from grains…

However, when I would clean my brewing equipment, I would use distilled water (no minerals) because it cleans better and you can avoid “beer stone” (calcium deposits)…

When you hydrate you are adding conductive minerals to your body to activate enzymes in your body…

When you detox you are cleaning your body and you are looking to avoid calcium deposits like kidney stones, gallstones and other calcium oxalates…

When hydrating you are looking to mineralize your body…

… but please make sure you are getting these from clean natural salts…

Minerals is what I first focused on to get more energy…

Minerals are conductive… they allow energy to flow… and it’s what makes our bodies grow and replicate in a healthy way…

Beer Diet Project started when I realized that what I needed to do to improve my health was to pay attention to the same things I would when I was brewing beer…

Temperature

… and the quality of food used to feed probiotics

Part of my understanding was that Vitamin D, which we get from the sun or healthy fats is what helps us regulate pH…

Combining good water, plenty of minerals and sunlight was the beginning of my journey as I started to improve my health and vitality…

Here’s the takeaway…

The first thing I do when I wake up is hydrate…

I drink one quart (one liter) of water with minerals

Throughout the day, I drink about 0.75 to 1.25 gallons of water with minerals to make my body “conductive” which allows me to use the energy produced by the cells of my body.

More than food that fills you up, what your body needs is minerals…

Without minerals, you have no conductivity…

Without conductivity, you feel like you have no energy…

So experiment with this yourself…

… and feel your energy levels rise as you give your body the conductive material it needs to use it’s own energy…
