How to optimize your microbiome to get more energy

"I'm so happy and grateful now that I'm healthy and vital"
That was my affirmation...
Now my wish for you...

In 2012 I was dealing with autoimmune/leaky gut issues...

I was tired all the time, had brain fog, hard time falling asleep... was told there was nothing I could do about it...

I had a major epiphany when I learned that 80% of your immune system is your gut flora... probiotics... yeast and bacteria...

I realized that the same probiotics we use to make fermented foods and beverages like beer, wine, sauerkraut, kimchi, yogurt, etc., are the same probiotics we need in our gut...

Beer Diet Project is about how I used beer brewing knowledge to grow probiotics, restructure my gut flora and optimize my microbiome to get more energy, sleep better and feel better...

I learned to optimize my microbiome to strengthen my immune system...

... and how diet affects your energy...

You'll learn how to use ancestral wisdom and food as medicine... and how you can optimize your health and vitality using different diets ranging from...

🥥 Raw Vegan

🌿 A plant based ketogenic diet

🐮 Nose to tail - primal fat burner diet

🍻 Beer diet project

The reason why I transitioned and experimented with all these diets was to restructure my gut flora... it started out as a need to optimize my microbiome...

In the process I discovered that through diet I could raise my energy levels, not just physically, but mentally...

You will learn how mental energy affects your microbiome...

I found that raising my energy helps me be present and stay calm...

This is why I love dogs...

Dogs are very present and in tune with your energy...

They communicate by sensing your energy... they can sense fear... but they can also sense the opposite... when you are calm... fearless...

In life, you can either be anxious and afraid that things won't work out for you... which keeps you in a low energy state of being... stressed out...

Or you can believe in greatness within you...

... which requires you to have faith and raise your energy... relax, stay calm, cool and collected...

This is why diet is important for leaders who are out there making a positive impact in the world...

It allows them to be more...

Aligned...

Focused...

Living life by design...

I found that the same five things you need to improve your health and vitality are the same five things I learned as a home brewer...

These are the five key things you need to optimize your microbiome (which is what I used to improve beer fermentation)...

#1 Good quality water

#2 Minerals

#3 Proper pH

#4 Proper temperature

#5 Proper probiotics (meaning the proper yeast and bacteria...)

In summary...

I believe health begins in your gut...

... and I envision my gut as the perfect fermentation vessel...

I used to study fermentation through brewing beer...

Now I'm studying different aspects of the fermentation process inside my own body...

Studying how the microbiome (gut health) is affected by diets...

... essentially turning myself into a guinea pig to help people who might be experiencing gut issues like I did and who need a roadmap to get better...

Enjoy...

Cheers!

PS Common question I get asked...

"Beer Diet Project... I'm in... how many beer do I have to drink a day?"

LOL...

Answer:

This is not about drinking beer...

It's about how I used beer brewing knowledge to fine tune my diet to improve my health, vitality and raise my energy levels...

I started out brewing beer... but I actually don't drink much nowadays...

... but don't worry... I'll be sharing what I believe are best practices if you do drink beer or any other type of booze for that matter...

I'll share how I stay hydrated to keep my energy and vitality levels up...
