I don’t trust health professionals…

The number of people struggling with low energy and their weight is increasing…

10 years ago, I started sharing about how the source and quality of food you eat is the biggest determining factor…

The problem is that you have on one end of the spectrum vegans telling you that if you eat fruits and vegetables, you’ll be healthy (and save the planet…)

On the other end of the spectrum, you have carnivores telling you that plants have anti-nutrients and animal meat organs have the most bioavailable source of nutrients…

In between you have all these gurus with their keto, paleo, whole 30, and whatever diet or supplements they want you to think is the answer to your problem…

So why doesn’t any of this seem to work for you?

It’s because everyone is trying to design a diet with the idea that digestion is something that happens in your stomach… that’s the flaw…

When you shift that thinking and realize that digestion happens because of probiotics, everything changes…

If you want to know if fruits and vegetables would be good for you, you’d have to start by asking if they have minerals…

Why?

Because probiotics need minerals to digest food….

When food doesn’t have minerals, that’s when bad bacteria like wild yeast, mold, fungus or parasites step in to break down the food that probiotics won’t touch…

Good food is for good bacteria…

Bad food is for bad bacteria…

That’s why it’s not about whether you should be vegan or carnivore… fruits and vegetables without minerals are just as bad as meat without minerals…

Minerals are just one component that determines whether food is good or bad…

If you can’t tell whether the food you eat is good or bad, then you are likely to grow bad bacteria in your gut which is what drains your energy and makes you put on fat…

“organic” food does not equal good food…

Many foods that are labeled “organic” are just as bad for you…

The level of deceit in the food industry is gross and concerning, which is why I’ve been working on writing a book about this topic for the last 10 years to help you make better food choices…

I recently finished the manuscript and sent if off to my editor…

While I’m on the editing phase, I want to make sure I cover everything you’d want to know about getting more energy and losing weight…

I believe that growing healthy probiotics in your gut is the most effective way to do this…

Over the next few weeks, I’m going to be doing a series of Facebook Lives to answer your questions on this topic…
