Hydrate, boost your vitamin D and nourish…

That being said… the Beer Diet Project journey is not about consuming products… it’s about understanding what happens when you eat or drink, and what to do when you can’t digest food…

The most common mistake people make is thinking that health is accomplished by taking a pill and being an overnight success…

Health doesn’t come in the form of a pill…

That’s my biggest challenge… getting people to move away from the pill mentality and helping them understand that health is a skill…

Hydration is not about drinking water…

Hydration is a skill…

Boosting your vitamin D levels doesn’t happen just by taking a supplement or soaking up the sun…

Boosting your vitamin D levels is a skill…

Nourishing is also a skill…

A skill is something you practice and improve upon…

Since hydration is a skill, that means that unless you practice it, then it’s likely you are not properly hydrated… if you don’t improve upon the skill then chances are you are making mistakes that affect your hydration levels…

I hear people say to me “I tried Beer Diet Project and it didn’t work”…

I know that’s not true because Beer Diet Project isn’t about doing things, it’s about improving the things you do…

Just because you take fermented cod liver oil & butter oil, it doesn’t mean that your vitamin D levels will go up… for many, yes, that alone will do it… others may need to improve their fat digestion first and fermented cod liver oil is just the first step towards improving fat digestion…

I can’t possibly cover all of the mistakes people make with their diet… but these are the most relevant and common mistakes I see people make when they start their journey…

#1 Attention To Detail

I use the word hydration because the end result is that the cells of your body get filled with clean mineralized water…

Most people interpret hydration as “drink more water”…

They’ll often say “I’m drinking a gallon of water a day, but don’t feel any difference”… or maybe even feel worse…

Then I’ll begin to remove variables and ask “what kind of water do you drink?”

The most common mistake is that people drink water in plastic bottles… worse they drink distilled water from a plastic jug… they failed step one of the program which is to understand the importance of clean water…

The whole point of ionic minerals is that they are conductive meaning they allow you to use energy. Plastic is an electrical insulator. That’s why we use plastic in electrical plugs to protect from electricity.

Drinking out of plastic water bottles (because it’s convenient) is the most common mistake people make when hydrating…

How do you improve?

Use glass for drinking water…

It’s the little details that make the biggest difference…

#2 Not Caring Enough

The next question I ask people is to tell me about is what minerals they use to improve their conductivity…

Some skip the ionic magnesium because they are supplementing whatever magnesium citrate or other version of magnesium they read about…

Ionic magnesium is the form of magnesium that is most easily absorbed by the intestines. Ionic magnesium does not need to be broken down (digested), unlike other magnesium supplements. If you have digestive issues, it’s less likely that you’ll be able to break down and absorb magnesium from supplements like magnesium citrate, and others…

Little details matter… the next one is getting ionic minerals from pink Himalayan salt crystals…

Crystals are pretty cool to study… in fact, the more advanced version of hydration that we cover later on in the program is about making the water in the cells of your body more crystal-like… the most common mistake people make at this point is to make themselves less crystalline by consuming toxic products.

Salt from a bad source can be contaminated and toxic which is counterproductive…

That’s why the common mistake people make is using ground pink Himalayan salt purchased from the store…

Why?

For one, you don’t know the source… it could be contaminated…

Most importantly is because grinding down salt takes away the ionic charge of the crystal… I recommend large pink Himalayan crystals because of their ionic charge… I don’t recommend ground pink Himalayan salt because it has no ionic charge and can be contaminated…

Large pink Himalayan crystal salt – Yes

Ground pink Himalayan salt – No

These are little details that some people don’t care about and then wonder why they’re not feeling more energy…

#3 Lack of patience

I can tell you from experience that even if you do everything right, it still takes time before you see results… if you don’t use good products you’ll simply delay results further…

Drinking water just one day isn’t going to make a huge difference…

Hydrating everyday for the next 90 days will make a big difference… that difference may not be felt for 4-6 weeks… but if you stick with it you’ll experience results… “the trick is to take them consistently”…

#4 Not having a holistic approach

Part of the pill mentality is to think that just by doing one thing everything will be solved…

Hydration alone isn’t going to fix everything… it will help, but it doesn’t work by itself…

If a horse by itself can pull a cart that weights 6,000 pounds… you’d think that two horses could pull twice as much, 12,000 pounds right?

Well, actually two horses put together can pull up to 3 times as much weight as a single horse… that’s the power of synergy…

When you combine hydration with boosting your vitamin D levels… there is synergy with that… it will yield better results than if you were to do just one or the other… both combined are more powerful together…

When you start to stack nourishing your body on top of hydration and vitamin D, that increases your results exponentially… in fact, every step forward you take on your journey, will add to that synergy…

#5 You are unique

What works for some may not work for you…

That doesn’t mean that you are unique in the way some think of as having “bad genes”…

It means you are unique in that you are simply in a different place…

Some people that go through this program are relatively healthy and they feel a difference almost immediately…

Others like me when I started, I didn’t see results for months because my gut was so bad I wasn’t digesting food properly…

What I had to do in the beginning is very different than what I do now that I’ve restructured my gut flora…

What you’ll have to do in the beginning is very different than what you’ll do once you optimize your microbiome… my goal is help you progress faster and avoid the mistakes I made…

So don’t compare yourself to others… definitely don’t compare yourself to me… what matters is that you work on improving yourself… simply work on becoming a better version of you even if the only improvement you make is to drink an extra glass of mineralized water a day… heck, if you ditch plastic, that is an improvement…

Celebrate your wins no matter how small!!

#6 You are a work in progress

When you first start out, things may not be working… there’s people that start hydrating and everything is fine and dandy… but they are afraid to try fermented cod liver oil because they have a hard time digesting fat and don’t understand that fermented cod liver oil doesn’t require digestion…

If you have bad digestion, then just know that no matter what, it will be a bumpy road… this isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon… don’t rush the process, work at your own pace…

If you start taking fermented cod liver oil and get “fish burps”, just know that things like that will happen throughout the journey until your gut health improves…

What choice do you have?

If you can’t digest food, chances are high that you have low vitamin D… if you have low vitamin D, you have weak probiotics… if you have weak probiotics you won’t get much vitamin D from the sun… that leaves fermented cod liver oil as the only natural way to boost your vitamin D…

Like anything else, when it comes to trying new protocols, you need to ease into it… start small… make small progressions… one at a time…

If you were to see everything that I do for my diet, you’d be overwhelmed and would quit before getting started… that’s why I broke it down into a step by step system…

#7 Growing Probiotics is a recipe

Part of the pill mentality has people thinking that they can take a capsule of probiotics and therefore they “tried probiotics”…

Probiotics don’t work just because you take a probiotic pill… Probiotics won’t grow and stay in your gut unless you create an environment for them to grow…

Phase one and phase two of the Beer Diet Project journey is about creating that environment for probiotics to grow… it’s the foundation…

That’s why I don’t talk about probiotics until phase three…

If you don’t go through phase one and phase two, then nothing in phase three will work… you’ll be one of those people that says “I tried probiotics and they didn’t work”…

No, no, no, noooo… you don’t know how to make them work… big difference…

If you get a houseplant and it wilts and dies away, it’s not because the plant “didn’t work”… you just don’t know how to keep a plant alive…

If probiotics don’t work for you it’s because you don’t know how to keep them alive… guess what you are learning with Beer Diet Project?

How to grow and strengthen probiotics…

To learn how to keep probiotics alive, you must learn and study fermentation… the pill mentality thinks that they’ll learn a trick or just complete phase one… a true success story understands that to learn fermentation they will have to complete all 3 phases and continue to practice for as long as they are alive…

Beer Diet Project is not about eating and drinking fermented foods it’s about learning fermentation… Beer Diet Project is like learning to play an instrument…

You have to practice basic skills first… once you have the basic skills down, you move on to advanced skills… then it’s about mastery… you’re not going to wake up a rockstar overnight… you can’t skip the basics and expect to be a master…

Mastery doesn’t come from learning advanced skills or techniques… mastery comes from practicing the basics over and over… [Energy Bootcamp] gives you the basic skills you need… phase two is more technique based… don’t rush to get ahead…

If you want to progress faster, then slow down and spend time improving the 3 basic skills

#1 Hydration

#2 Boosting your vitamin D

#3 Nourishing

That means that you should go back and review previous lessons multiple times… study this material…

#8 The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step…

Some people will see immediate results from hydration alone…

Others will be doing hydration, vitamin D, nourishing, and still not see improvements… that’s okay… keep progressing… that’s what you are doing right… it’s all the other things you do with diet that is in question… I can’t tell you unless I see what you are doing… it may just be that you need more work…

This troubleshooting part of the program is designed specifically for that… to tackle the main improvements you can make to your diet…

These improvements are essential even if you feel like you are relatively healthy… if you work on improving digestion on top of practicing the 3 basic skills, that could be what moves the needle…

If that doesn’t work, it’s just a sign that you need more time focusing on the basics or simply need extra help…

Phase two is where you have a chance to work with me directly, but you must have gone through phase one…

#9 Non believer

I start this program by encouraging people to write down the goal they want to accomplish…

Then the LORD answered me and said: Write down the vision clearly upon the tablets, so that one can read it readily. For the vision still has its time, presses on to fulfillment, and will not disappoint; If it delays, wait for it, it will surely come, it will not be late.

#10 What’s in your food?

What are you eating? you may have started with hydration, vitamin D and nourishment, but it could be that all the other food you eat is affecting your progress and setting you back…

      Bad bacteria results in bad enzymes which can lead to body attacking itself.

      before my health issues, I didn’t have a holistic approach, its hard to break the “pill mindset” where basically I have x symptom and I take x pill ( or essential oil, superfood, latest fad diet product etc )to “fix” it when really its a series of many good habits that build off each other and help get you the long term result of a strong immune system that will prevent the symptoms and illness your trying to avoid

      also, i think the tie-in to mindset and that your body is water is really intriguing
