Many people have asked me about different herbs and supplements that I take for hypothyroidism. Truth is, I’ve tried a lot, which I think have helped me tremendously.
One thing to keep in mind is that there are many different causes for hypothyroidism. For some it’s congenital. For others it could be stressed adrenals or calcified glands, low iodine, toxic liver, not converting T4 into T3, and on and on.
This is one of the big reasons why you must be very careful WHO you take advice from and why the list I’m talking about is generic and not everything I tried.
Here are some of the things I talk about in the video:
[bullet_block large_icon=”15.png” width=”” alignment=”center”]
- Maca root powder
- Tribulus Terrestis
- Tongkat Ali
- Coconut Oil
- Blue Green Algae (also other seaweed like chlorella, spirulina, etc.)
I’ll be sharing more about other supplements separately so they are not confused and so people understand their specific purpose… this is just a list for you to further research on your own.
