In this episode we discuss changes to our diet that helped us recover from hiking the Manitou Incline stairs. This hike is a very intense hike where you gain over 2,000 ft elevation in just 0.88 of a mile at 45% grade at the steeper areas.

To prepare for this hike we made changes to our diet that helped us get more energy and build muscle. This same approach also helped us to recover after the hike.
