Everything you eat either helps you heal or fuels disease…

There are many people who believe these statements to be true:

#1 “Fat makes you fat”

#2 “Fat is bad for you”

Those statements are half true… half because not all fats are bad for you… and not all fat makes you fat…

Healthy fats are needed for vitamin and hormone production… most people have this backwards… they think that healthy fats are fats from vegetable oils, but that’s not what I consider healthy fats… when I talk about healthy fats I am talking about saturated fats…

Yes! Saturated fats is what I consider healthy fats even though most people think saturated fats are the bad fats… read on to understand why I think this way…

The most important reason is because saturated fats help with vitamin D absorption…

Polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs) inhibit vitamin and hormone production and absorption…

PUFAs are the bad fats which you must avoid because they do in fact make you fat…

Long story short, bad fats are hard to digest… they are not natural… they are man made… and worse, they are heavily promoted as “healthy fats” & they are everywhere!!

Today you have a challenge… go through your pantry and see how many food items you can find that have these PUFAs from vegetable oils…

What makes bad fats bad?

I will start this by saying that you can spare me of any “research” you’ve done regarding fats…

Researching this topic is what made me realize that my health is my responsibility, and your health is your responsibility…

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies

1 Corinthians. 6:19

If you want to show me the research you’ve done, start by showing me your results…

Beer Diet Project is exactly that, me doing my own research and showing my results…

Here are my before and after results…

The before picture is when I allowed vegetable oils in my diet and used to think that fat makes you fat and that fat is bad for you…

The after picture is me leaning down when I removed vegetable oils from my diet and started eating primarily saturated fats like butter, tallow, coconut oil, meat fat, etc.

I say this because there are people out there who want you to think the opposite of the truth… and they have tons of “research” to “show you”… I too was deceived by them, but no more…

Truth is simple…

Saturated fats are natural… natural fats are fats from butter (pasture raised), centrifuged coconut oil, grass fed meat fats, tallow, etc…

Bad fats from vegetable oils are simply not natural…

So why do people eat bad fat?

Because they don’t know they are bad… worse they think that bad fats like vegetable oils are good!

When you think of what makes a diet healthy, what are you conditioned to think? (yes, “conditioned” as in programmed…)

You think about eating your fruits and veggies, don’t you?

Most people associate the word vegetable with healthy, which is why most people would never even consider that the most unhealthy fat for the body is vegetable oil because of the word “vegetable”…

How can vegetable oil be bad for you if it says the word “vegetable”? lol…

Well… you’re about to find out… liars and deceivers use language against you…

The most common vegetable oil is canola oil… and it’s everywhere…

What is it?

How is it made?

Is it natural or man made?

Here’s what wikipedia says about what canola oil is…

You can decide for yourself if its natural or man made?

The way I see it, canola oil is a cheap oil that’s man made and promoted as healthy for you…

Why?

… because it makes food production cheap for one… the second, dare I say, it’s because it creates customers for the sickcare industry…

That’s my opinion, believe what you will…

Enemies disguise themselves with their lips, but in their hearts they harbor deceit. Though their speech is charming, do not believe them, for seven abominations fill their hearts.

Proverbs 26:24-25

Here are the guidelines from My Plate which implies that vegetables oils are good for you and that saturated fats are bad for you…

Notice the language they use in their guide… they say “oils are important”… they don’t say which oils are important specifically… they understand karmic law so it has to be your idea and will to think what they want you to think…

So once you get the idea that “oils are important”, they then say “commonly consumed oils include”… again, they don’t say that those are healthy oils… they just say they are “commonly consumed”…

… and then there’s that keyword “strategies to shift intake”…

Why would you need a strategy to shift intake from saturated fats to vegetable oils if commonly consumed oils are supposedly vegetable oils?

That’s what these guidelines are… a strategy to shift your intake from natural fats to cheaply produced, non natural polyunsaturated fats from vegetable oils…

Many people who think they eat low fat don’t realize that they consume a lot of fat in the form of vegetable oils… they are hidden everywhere… cereal is supposed to be a high carb food, not a high fat food, but guess what… that’s one source of bad fats for you…

This is why for this step of the journey, your mission is to go through your pantry and see for yourself… find foods that have vegetable oils in the ingredients…

By doing this you will begin to learn discernment…

Most importantly, you will begin the rude awakening that most food being sold is what I call fake food…

If you like to eat out at restaurants, most of them cook with vegetable oil… most restaurants serve what I consider fake food…

Most people can’t tell real food from fake food and then wonder why they have no energy, can’t get good sleep and keep gaining weight no matter what…

Can you tell real food from fake food?

Take the quiz below and find out…

Real food doesn’t need food labels because it’s just real food… it doesn’t have “hidden” ingredients they don’t want you to know about…

Once you become aware of this, you can not unsee it… you may want to bury your head in the sand because it means you have to start letting go of old ways…

You’ll begin to question “how can it be?” as you see the masses blindly consuming these products…

You’ll begin to ask yourself if you want to continue participating in society…

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Romans 12:2

You will begin to face the real question… are you ready to make lifestyle changes?

Are you ready to undergo a massive transformation?

On the next lesson you are going to learn how to flip the switch “ON” so your mitochondria starts producing more energy…

I underwent a deep cleanse last month and when I was conscious on what was going into my body, I noticed nut milks I was regularly consuming was super inflammatory to me. Canola oil and rapeseed oil were found in some of these milks. It’s unbelievable how taking away all forms of foods and eating clean can make you feel and then seeing how these oils can affect you. For me, it was eye opening.
