The Beer Diet Project journey will walk you step by step teaching you the skills you need to be able to grow probiotics in your gut.

The main skill you are looking to acquire from [Energy Bootcamp] is to be able to design a minimalistic diet, which is the bare minimum you know you need to do with your diet in order to get more energy and sleep better…

To start your Beer Diet Project journey, complete the hydration challenge which will unlock the better sleep challenge. Once you complete the better sleep challenge, the next challenge will appear and so on until you graduate [Energy Bootcamp] and unlock the challenges in phase two [Transformation Bootcamp] where you’ll learn how to detox your body to create an environment so you can grow probiotics in your gut and strengthen your immune system.
