Here's the mineralized water recipe I use to hydrate

1 Quart (Liter) clean water

2 mL Ionic Magnesium

4 mL SOLE salt

This journey is about you figuring out how much water and minerals you need...

You are learning how to care for your body...

No one knows your body as good as you do... you live in it... only you can decide how much water you need to be and stay hydrated...

To give you a benchmark the minimum recommended amount of water you should be drinking is 2 quarts (liters) according to the book Your Body's Many Cries for Water by Dr F. Batmanghelidj...

I'm not a doctor... I'm a beer brewer... I can't tell you what to do... but I'll share what I do...

I drink about a gallon of water a day... sometimes less, sometimes more... usually I mineralize it... there are times that I don't... it depends on what I'm doing with diet... 

You'll learn more about water as you progress through the journey... 

For now, just get started... pick an amount you will be consistent with...
