How to Lose Weight

I'm about to share with you the biggest shift that allowed me to go from gaining weight non stop to finally able to lean down and get into the best shape of my life...

This isn't about a diet, shakes or supplements...

This is about addressing the root cause of weight gain if you can't lose weight no matter what...

At first I thought I was just aging when I started to gain a little bit of weight and feeling tired...

Gaining weight made sense because I was brewing and drinking a lot of beer so developing a beer belly was almost expected... "never trust a skinny brewer" they'd say...

... but in 2012 I started gaining weight no matter what...

I was trying all kinds of diets, shakes, even starving myself and I'd still gain weight...

I felt like a whale if I took off my shirt...

I wanted to feel confident and feel good in my own body...

... but then my hair started falling off...

At this point, I started to worry that something was wrong with my body...

I didn't know what it was, but I felt miserable...

I was having a hard time falling and staying asleep...

I'd wake up and walk like a zombie...

I didn't have the energy or stamina to do anything which wasn't helping my weight...

... and then I started to understand why I kept gaining weight non stop...

When my hair started falling off I started looking into my digestive issues...

I was having a hard time digesting food...

Started developing food sensitivities and then it clicked...

When I ate I would get gas, bloated or constipated...

... and I realized that it was because I had bad bacteria in my gut...

80% of your immune system is your gut flora...

It's probiotics that live in your gut...

When I understood this, I started to understand why I was gaining weight non stop...

Do you know what makes bad bacteria bad?

Good bacteria digests food for you... they break it down and make it available so we can absorb it... they make vitamins, hormones and other key nutrients...

Bad bacteria (which could be yeast overgrowth, parasites, etc.), don't make vitamins for you... they don't break down food for you... they just eat it themselves and release toxic waste as a result (meaning that they poop inside your gut and makes you toxic)...

This toxic waste produced by bad bacteria in your gut is called endo-toxins...

When you have bad bacteria in your gut, your body is constantly producing toxicity which not only drains your energy, but makes your body produce body fat to protect itself from this toxicity...

It doesn't matter if you eat good, organic... none of that matters when you have bad bacteria in your gut because you'll produce endotoxins no matter what...

This is why even when I was eating a stripped down salad with no dressing, no croutons, I would still gain weight...

I was still physically and mentally exhausted...

... and would toss and turn all night...

I felt miserable until I started to clean up my gut, body, and started getting rid of bad bacteria in my gut...

The cleaner my body got, the leaner it got...

I'm now in the best shape of my life and it's almost effortless because I've been able to restructure my gut flora...

The best part about this is that I now have more energy to do things I love...

... and because I can digest food better, my body is producing and balancing hormones so I get good restorative sleep and wake up feeling refreshed...

To clean up your gut and body, you must first learn how to get more energy and get good sleep...

Then you can start to detox and restructure your gut flora...

Once you do that, then losing weight is almost inevitable...
