The Inner Game of Energy & Fat Loss

If you believe that there's nothing you can do about your health, then you won't ACT... you won't do anything about it...

On the other hand... if you believe that there IS a way to get more energy and lose weight, then you'll do whatever it takes to make it happen...

This is what I started to realize as I started sharing this information...

People thought that they couldn't do anything about this because of their thyroid... or menopause... or bad genetics... or other reasons...

There were so many people who had given up on trying that no matter how much I shared about how to get energy and lose weight, they wouldn't do anything...

They didn't believe that minerals worked

They didn't believe that fermented cod liver oil + butter oil would help them sleep...

They wouldn't believe that nourishing your body with beef organs or blue green algae would work...

So they wouldn't act on the information...

... but those who did believe, and ACTED on the information were the ones that started to see results...

The reason why this is so important is because as you start to learn more about diet you'll start to see the madness in the world...

You'll start to realize that most people are eating unhealthy and destroying their body... unbeknownst to them...

It feels like you're the one with the secret...

You may even start trying to help others only to find resistance...

It's weird... because you too will start to know what's good for the body... you'll be telling people about it... and even know it's good for them, it also means that they have to give up their current lifestyle...

That's the biggest challenge...

How do you create that change in yourself?

Especially when everyone around you is going the opposite way!

You're going to find that you can't change people...

Change starts with you...

I can't change your lifestyle habits...

Only you can do that...

The only thing I can do for you is to change my own lifestyle habits so that I can show up to the world as an example of what needs to be done...

"Be the change you want to see in the world"

... and I must confess that changing my own lifestyle habits hasn't been easy...

I too get sugar cravings...

I also don't want to give up some of my favorite foods and drinks...

Pizza, beer, carrot cake, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies... and others...

... but I know that if I want to change, then I have to talk myself into it...

I have to watch my thoughts around this...

I have to constantly remind myself that eating and drinking are meant to take care of the body... they are meant to fuel the body and produce energy...

Does that mean I don't eat bad stuff?

No...

I'm human and I also make mistakes...

What I'm saying here is that if I don't remind myself WHY I'm doing what I'm doing, I won't take action...

... and that's one of my main goals with this program...

The information I've shared with you is worthless... if you don't take action...

... but if you do take action, then I have no doubt in my mind that your health and life will change forever...

I have no doubt that just by doing what I've shared with you so far will get you more energy and help you lose weight...

Just like learning an instrument like piano... or learning karate... the only way to get good at this is to practice...

This is the best of the best that I know of that will improve your diet...

Step 4 is more about "what not to eat"...

This is specific to your microbiome...
