… well because when it comes to diet, what I found works better than anything I’ve tried to get more energy is to focus on growing probiotics in my gut… period…

Which is why I started studying how to brew beer even more to learn how to grow probiotics… and started Beer Diet Project as my way of documenting my journey as I learn this craft…

After studying for over a decade, I’m still learning…

I’m pretty serious about my gut health… not because I want to know everything about it… but because I realize how little we know about them…

I don’t know it all…

… all I know is that if you don’t have good gut flora… well… at least what I personally experienced with poor gut health was that my health started to decline quite fast…

I felt like an 84 year old when I was 28…

I realized most people can’t even tell REAL food from whatever you want to call everything else… I call it fake food… some call it conventional… not necessarily junk food… but food that doesn’t have the same nutrient profile as real food…

Bad foods are alarmingly common in most people’s diet… it’s not just the quality of food, but how do you use foods to nourish your body? how do you use food to clean your body? should you be on a plant based or animal based diet?

There’s so much conflicting information online you can’t tell good from bad information... worse you can spend years “researching” and still don’t know what to eat…

This process I’m going to walk you through is what helped me improve my diet to get more energy, sleep better and stay lean & toned…
